Teaching Yoga explores with depth and compassion a variety of topics both practical and philosophical, including how to create healthy boundaries; the student-teacher relationship (including whether a sexual relationship is acceptable); how to create physical and emotional safety for the student; what is a reasonable class size; how much a class should cost; and how to conduct the business of teaching while upholding the integrity of Yoga as a philosophy, a science, and an art.

Level III: iRest Teacher Certification Program
The Integrative Restoration Institute (IRI) has created a comprehensive process by which iRest Level II graduates are eligible to become a Certified iRest Teacher.
Successful completion of the Certification Program indicates that the student possesses a basic understanding of the fundamental principles and teachings that underlie iRest, and is certified by IRI as competent to deliver iRest in group and individual settings. iRest Students are eligible to apply to the Certification Program following completion of the Level II Training. Students must complete the entire Level I and Level II trainings and Certification Program in order to be eligible for iRest Teacher Certification. The cost is $1500 if you register within two weeks of completing the Level II training, and $1800 regular pricing (this cost is paid in two installments). In addition, you are required to attend two IRI retreats. Certification is expected to be completed within two years of enrollment; however, some students finish within a year.
