Sigal Brier

Sigal is a contemporary spiritual teacher and experienced spiritual facilitator with an integrative approach. She is an ordained rabbi with an M.A. in Jewish Studies and an M.A. in Psychology. A yogini for 30 years, she is trained in many yogic, holistic, and spiritual modalities.
Sigal is a popular teacher and a faculty member in diverse academic, holistic, and religious organizations, including Temple University, Kripalu Center for Yoga, Health, and Wellness, School for Sacred Ministry, The Christine Center, Synagogues, Jewish Seminaries and Federations, and The Open Center. She was featured on CBS Sunday Morning News and has been a guest on several National Public Radio talk shows.
Sigal is insightful, humorous, and a skilled facilitator who brings a deep understanding of people and delights in serving their needs.
She has written for a variety of publications including the Journal of Counseling and Development, and the Journal of Loss and Trauma on such issues as creating community in the workplace and difficulties in students' adjustment in the transition into college. 
She is also an accomplished musician who has recorded a number of records.
